LISBON – A pretrial has been set April 17 in Columbiana County Municipal Court for a Columbus, Ohio resident charged with obstructing official business.

Wayne Cedric Hamler, 40, is charged with obstructing official business for allegedly fleeing on foot after being stopped April 3 in East Liverpool for drug activity including alleged multiple hand-to-hand transactions; failing to comply with commands to stop; and throwing suspected crack cocaine on the ground.

A pretrial was set June 2 for April M. Carroll, 39, Butler, Pa., charted with failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.

A pretrial was set June 2 for Alexander Grant Clingerman, 26, Boardman, charged with driving under suspension and speed.

A pretrial was set June 3 for Robin L. Ward, 67, East Pine Lake Road, New Springfield, charged with failure to yield right of way.

A pretrial was set June 10 for Justin Karl McCauley, 18, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with physical control.

A pretrial was set June 10 for Allen S. Vancooney, 29, last known address South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly entering a property on Salem after being trespassed.

A pretrial was set June 24 for Mason Anthony Shreve, 18, Duke Vodrey Road, Calcutta, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to kill a family member during an argument at an East Liverpool residence March 19. Shreve was also fined $75 for operating an off road vehicle on a roadway.

William G. Frame, 53, Pittsburgh, was fined $925, sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 suspended, three in intervention), had his license suspended for one year, and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse evaluation for OVI and speed.

Lisa Renee White, 41, Gardendale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $350 for attempted theft amended from theft.

James A. Threats, 60, Noble Street, Alliance, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and failure to dim lights.

Jason T. Sorrel, 50, Hawley Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Nicholas D. Vranesevich, 41, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed against Zachary Jones, 38, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool.
