LISBON — A Lisbon woman accused of preparing cocaine for sale pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Angel Post, 51, West Lincoln Way, entered the plea recently, with sentencing set for Feb. 7. Two additional charges of traffic in cocaine, both fourth-degree felonies, will be dismissed.
Post was accused of trafficking less than 5 grams of cocaine on Oct. 18, 2019.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Stephen Jones, 35, East Market Street, East Palestine, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony strangulation and fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly assaulting a woman after an argument on Nov. 13 in East Palestine.
A police affidavit said Jones allegedly smashed a wooden dining room chair and punched out the glass window of the microwave and struck the woman in the back with a large piece of broken dining room chair. She went upstairs and was holding a child when he allegedly grabbed her by the throat with both hands and choked her. A pretrial was also set for Jones for misdemeanor violation of a protection order for allegedly having two relatives reach out to a protected person in violation of the protection order on Nov. 27 and also keeping tabs on the person through social media.
Cases against Zachary A. Hutchison, 40, Youngstown, were bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony harassment by an inmate, fourth-degree felony assault on a peace officer and misdemeanors of obstructing official business and resisting arrest for allegedly refusing to comply with Salem police officers initiating a traffic stop on his vehicle on Nov. 29, fighting with officers after being physically removed from the vehicle, kicking at officers and biting an officer on the finger causing injuries. He allegedly told officers and medical staff that he had Hepatitis C while being treated at the Salem Regional Medical Center emergency room.
Cases against Andrew Martin, 49, Hammondsville Road, Wellsville, were bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property and two counts of misdemeanor misuse of credit cards for allegedly possessing a stolen credit card on Sept. 16 in Wellsville and then using the stolen credit card to make purchases at Milligan Hardware in East Liverpool for more than $300 and at Ace Hardware in Calcutta for more than $787.
A case against Olivia Nadean Redman, 19, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the county grand jury for second-degree felony burglary for allegedly trespassing in an occupied structure in East Liverpool on Nov. 22 with the purpose to commit theft.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set Dec. 16 for Lonnie David Cunningham, 31, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with second-degree felony burglary, fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property and misdemeanors of obstructing official business, disorderly conduct, operating a vehicle impaired first offense, failure to stop after an accident, reasonable control and no seat belt. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers investigating a traffic crash involving a stolen vehicle on Dec. 7 in Yellow Creek Township learned that Cunningham was the alleged driver and brought him back to the scene, but he refused to identify himself. The vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen. Also, Cunningham was accused of trespassing in an occupied structure in East Liverpool with alleged purpose to commit theft on Nov 22.
A pretrial was set March 18 for Jonathan Rudder, 39, Monaca, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia for allegedly responding to an undercover ad of two females on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with the females in exchange for money, then traveling to East Palestine on Dec. 6 for the meeting with the cell phone used to make the arrangement in his possession along with alleged devices used to snort cocaine and suspect cocaine.
A pretrial was set March 11 for Frank Bursick, 62, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, charged with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia for allegedly responding to an undercover ad of two females on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with the females in exchange for money, traveling to East Palestine on Dec. 7 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession, along with methamphetamine pipes and suspected methamphetamine.
Johnny L. Wilson Jr., 31, Opelousas, Louisiana, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service and an online prostitution prevention course. Wilson was accused of requesting sexual conduct for an agreed upon price of $80 from an undercover agent via a telecommunications device, then traveling to Salem on June 9 for the meeting with the device used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set Dec. 19 for Richard Henline, 30, Roberts Road, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching a woman in the face during an argument on Dec. 7 in Fairfield Township.
Dedra Ours, 35, Chester, W.Va., was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim. She was accused of hitting a man in the forehead and waking him up to begin fighting on Sept. 2 in St. Clair Township. She also threw his lunch box and other items and urinated in his water bottle, a police affidavit said.
A pretrial was set Dec. 19 for Jamie Tice Jr., 23, Malone Road, Salineville, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening a man with a lead pipe during an incident over property on Aug. 22 in Salem.
A pretrial was set March 20 for Lachelle Malone, 36, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly being in the same vehicle as the protected person listed on a protection order against her on Dec. 7 in Yellow Creek Township.
Korynne Lamparty, 21, Boardman, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to have no contact with the victim. Lamparty was accused of allegedly pushing a man in the chest, punching his chest and then pushing him near his throat during an argument after meeting at the Salem Super Cruise on June 6 in Salem.
A charge of violating a protection order was dismissed against Aaron Allison, 39, Latta Road, East Palestine, with the defense stipulating to probable cause and Allison ordered to pay court costs. He was accused of being within 500 feet of a protected person at a youth baseball game on June 8 in East Palestine.
Marlaina Rogers, 32, Washington Street, Salineville, was fined $500 and sentenced to one day in jail, with credit for one day served, for resisting arrest and obstructing official business for her behavior during a traffic stop March 25 in St. Clair Township. During the traffic stop, she got out of the car and walked toward the police cruiser yelling and then attempted to get back inside her car after being told to stand in front of the cruiser. An officer grabbed her to stop her from going back inside her vehicle and she started pulling away and collapsed on the ground, failing to follow police instructions while being placed under arrest.
A pretrial was set Feb. 11 for Wilbert Faulk, 65, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing at an East Liverpool property on Dec. 7 and then throwing himself on the ground and refusing to obey orders of a police officer trying to take him into custody.
Michael Kuhlen, 41, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail, with credit for one day served, for disorderly conduct for taunting and insulting someone and refusing police orders to stop while intoxicated on Aug. 30 in Lisbon.
Arthur Reynolds, 53, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, was fined $250 and given a suspended 180-day jail term for possession of drugs. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Reynolds possessed buprenorphine without a prescription during a traffic stop on Nov. 26, 2022 in Columbiana.
Robert Dale Jr., 42, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, was fined $190 and sentenced to one day in jail, with credit for one day served, for obstructing official business, failure to use turn signal and driving on left side. Dale refused to get out the vehicle multiple times during a traffic stop on Aug. 30 in Perry Township and had to be removed by law enforcement.
Gregory Allen Hulbert, 61, Harmony, Pa., was fined $1,100 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for two merged OVI charges and open container. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. Charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools were dismissed at the state’s request, with court costs taxed to the defendant. Hulbert had been accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $140, then driving to East Palestine on May 23 for the meeting, with an open bottle of Captain Morgan and a cup he was drinking it from.
Marco Perez Ajanel, 23, Walnut Street, Salem, was fined $450 and sentenced to 3 days in jail, with credit for one day served, leaving two days still to serve for OVI first offense and driving under suspension. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.
A pretrial was set March 10 for Crystal Holloway, 47, Center Avenue, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A pretrial was set Feb. 18 for Richard Chludzinski, 51, Grant Street, Rogers, charged with driving under suspension, speeding and no seat belt.
A pretrial was set Feb. 18 for Joseph McIntosh, 37, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, charged with failure to stop after an accident, driving under suspension, reasonable control and no seat belt. He was also fined $250 for speeding and two counts of no valid license.
A pretrial was set March 18 for Robert Gailey, 50, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, charged with physical control and use of unauthorized plate.
A pretrial was set Feb. 18 for Luke Maola, 39, state Route 267, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension.
