LISBON -- The terms for a Wellsville woman who violated her intervention plan for drug charges will now include participation in drug court.

Lyndsey Meredith, 32, Wells Avenue, appeared recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for a probation violation hearing.

Upon review of the record, the intervention plan for Meredith was continued with the added requirement of drug court. Meredith was placed on an intervention plan earlier this year after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor of possession of drugs, for possessing amphetamine and buprenorphine on Oct. 9, 2022.

LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Aug. 29 for Jonathan M. Collins, 47, Norwalk, charged with two third-degree felonies of attempted pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person and compelling prostitution, fourth-degree felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and fifth-degree felonies of importuning and possessing criminal tools.

According to affidavits filed by an agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, Collins allegedly requested sexual conduct from an agent he believed to be a 15-year-old girl for an agreed upon price of $160 and also allegedly requested to take pictures and videos of himself and the girl during sex, traveling to Salem on Aug. 22 for the meeting. The phone used to make the arrangements was in his possession when he was met by law enforcement at the scene.

Gregory Crabtree, 54, White Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended and credit for two days served, for assault. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to have no contact with the victim. Crabtree shoved a woman in the face and upper head area after breaking her weed whacker on May 21 in Lisbon.

A pretrial was set Sept. 9 for Laurena Boso, 30, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, charged with theft for allegedly stealing several items from the Lisbon Dollar General on Aug. 12, including a blanket and some makeup products.

A pretrial was set Oct. 31 for Lindsey Price, 36, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan and pay for 18 items valued at $114.70 at the Calcutta Walmart on Aug. 14.

A pretrial was set Dec. 2 for Robert McKay, 54, Market Street, East Liverpool, charged with possessing criminal tools and criminal trespass for allegedly using a knife to enter through the rear of the Market Street Lofts in East Liverpool on Aug. 19.

A pretrial was set Dec. 2 for Wesley Sites, 47, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with theft for allegedly stealing two boxes of cereal from the Lisbon Dollar General on Aug. 12.

A pretrial was set Oct. 31 for Daniel Cunningham, 39, East Eighth Street, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a burnt glass pipe with a bubble on the end when East Liverpool police were called Aug. 22 for a man yelling at the ground. A police affidavit said he was located squatting down speaking to rocks.

A pretrial was set Sept. 23 for Hayden Patton, 25, Midland, Pa., charged with speeding.

A pretrial was set Sept. 23 for Jodi Bussard, 56, Signal Road, Columbiana, charged with speeding.

A pretrial was set Sept. 23 for Charles Hodge, 54, Malvern, charged with assured clear distance.

A pretrial was set Sept. 23 for Michael Jones, 52, Youngstown, charged with reasonable control.

A pretrial was set Oct. 29 for Richard A. Richards Jr., 48, Sherman Street, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set Nov. 25 for Lyndsey Meredith, 32, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension.

Paula Parks, 41, Y & O Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Zakarree Howell, 22, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and speeding.
