LISBON — Kevin Caldwell, 24, state Route 46, New Waterford, was served recently with a secret indictment for fourth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound and fifth-degree felonies of possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing cocaine and an amount of fentanyl equal or greater than 10 unit doses but less than 50 unit doses on Aug. 28, 2023 and possessing fentanyl on Sept. 2, 2023.
