LISBON — Two defendants were served Thursday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
Madison Avary Clark, 19, Canfield, was charged with possession of fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing fentanyl in an amount equal or exceeding 10 unit doses, but less than 50 unit doses, and also possessing cocaine on Aug. 28, 2023.
Dorian Downs, 19, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was charged with fifth-degree felony theft for allegedly depriving Circle K of $5,229 between Nov. 23, 2023 and Dec. 9, 2023.
