LISBON — Mackenzie Myers, 47, Stow, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine in an amount equal or exceeding bulk, but less that five times bulk on April 22, 2023.
