LISBON — Rusty Boyer, 24, Washington Street, Washingtonville, was served Monday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly offering to sell methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than bulk but less than five times bulk on Oct. 11, 2023.
