Common Pleas

LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Donald A. Meadows-Graves, 34, Youngstown, was placed on two years probation for two fifth-degree felony counts of a protection order violation for violating a protection order Feb. 8, 2020, and Feb. 13, 2020; served concurrently with a fifth-degree felony count of a protection order violation in 2024.

Also in common pleas court:

Chelsie A. May, 36, Canton, was placed on three years probation and credited for 45 days in jail for non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. May failed to provide child support from July 11, 2021 through July 9. 2023.

Brenna Jean Perkins, 30, Morris Road, Lisbon, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Perkins was found in possession of a controlled substance July 26, 2022.

Emilio Quinos, 52, Youngstown, was placed on two years probation and ordered to have no contact with the victim for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and misdemeanor obstructing official business, with a forth-degree felony charge of strangulation dismissed. Quinos committed an act of domestic violence Sept. 19, 2023, despite a previous conviction of domestic violence.

Shane S. Williamson, 47, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, was placed on three years probation and 126 days in jail (credited) for telecommunications fraud, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor petty theft for using telecommunications to defraud a victim March 30, 2022.

Mark Anthony Razo, 41, Columbiana County Jail, was sentenced to 75 days in jail (credited with 38) for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine Aug. 24, 2020.

Richard A. Monigold, 44, Columbiana County Jail, was sentenced to 90 days in jail after violating probation for failure to comply, a third-degree felony for failing to stop for for an initiated stop on Aug. 2, 2021.

Julie M. Lewis, 46, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was sentenced to seven months in prison (30 days credited), for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for being found in possession of methamphetamine Oct. 29, 2022.
