LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set July 30 for Kevin Blake, 52, East North Avenue, East Palestine, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent in exchange for $100, using the cell phone found in his possession to make the arrangements on April 26 in Salem.

Dustin Lucas, 40, Ashton Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 30 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for wildlife violation, amended from preventing authorized hunting, fishing, and trapping. Lucas was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

A sentencing hearing was set May 21 for David Tucker, 45, state Route 172, Kensington, who pleaded no contest to a charge of possessing a defaced firearm.

Jessica Williams, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

A charge of domestic violence against Margaret Delguzzo, 31, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed without prejudice.

A charge of violation of protection order against Heather Chiconella, 57, Logan Street, East Liverpool, was dismissed.

A pretrial was set July 30 for Andrew Salata, 57, Stow, charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs- first offense and failure to control.

A pretrial was set July 11 for Brian Baughman, 49, Brightview Drive, East Liverpool, charged with OVI-first offense and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

A pretrial was set July 30 for Shawn Dewitt, 33, Philadelphia, Pa., charged with open container, possessing criminal tools, and engaging in prostitution for allegedly responding to an undercover ad posted on a known prostitution website and arranging to have sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $140, using the cell phone found in his possession to make the arrangements, on April 24 in East Palestine.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Abram Petersen, 35, Hartley Road, Beloit, charged with possession of drug abuse instrument for allegedly being found with a hypodermic syringe after he overdosed and was revived after being administered Naloxone on July 11 in Salem. Petersen was given drug overdose immunity paperwork but failed to comply with the overdose immunity orders, so the Columbiana County Prosecutor proceeded with the charge.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Nicholas Ramsey, 31, Cortland, charged with speed and violation of seat belt law- driver.

Due to transportation problems, an arraignment was set May 10 for Dwayne Walker, 38, Cleveland, charged with driving under suspension and window tint. Walker was also fined $150 for driving under financial restriction suspension and speed- 70 mph zone.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Matthew Winkle, 40, Moore Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension/restriction and lighted lights required.

A pretrial was set Aug. 1 for Ross Chaplow, 42, Metz Road, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension and failure to signal before turning/stopping.

A pretrial was set May 16 for Bryant Rather, 37, Pittsburgh, Pa., charged with driving under suspension/restriction and speeding.

A pretrial was set Aug. 1 for Michael Hipsley, 31, Honey Lane, Leetonia, charged with failure to reinstate-Lisbon PD and speed- school zone.
