LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set May 16 for Reva Sue McCullough, 31, Sunset Lane, East Liverpool, charged with fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property for allegedly being caught driving a stolen red Dodge Avenger in East Liverpool on May 8. She was also fined $130 for no license and loud exhaust.
A pretrial was set July 30 for Joshua Aziz Hayat, 37, Poland, charged with possessing criminal tools, engaging in prostitution, possession of drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for cash and crack cocaine, traveling to East Palestine on May 7 for the meeting. Hayat allegedly had the cell phone used to make the arrangements in his possession, along with suspected heroin, suspected cocaine, a crack pipe and hypodermic syringes.
Brent Nelko, 55, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $80, then driving to East Palestine on Feb. 12 for the meeting, with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and an online education course.
A pretrial was set May 20 for Bryon Chadwick, 55, Depot Road, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening a woman during an argument, retrieving a rifle and waving it around stating she would be gone and then leaving the residence on May 7 on Depot Road.
A pretrial was set July 2 for Mark Foden, 54, Parkview Drive, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly stealing a pair of work boots valued at $194 from Tractor Supply in St. Clair Township.
A pretrial was set July 30 for Chad Ratliff, 52, Morgan Court, Salem, charged with obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia for allegedly identifying himself falsely numerous times and for possessing drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on May 8 on state Route 11.
A pretrial was set July 29 for James L. Wilson, 57, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a woman by the shoulders, shoving her into the back of the couch and threatening her during a domestic on Aug. 12, 2023 in Wellsville.
A charge of violation of protection order was dismissed against Carl Nolder, 48, state Route 45, Lisbon, who was accused of recording a woman on Jan. 22 in East Liverpool allegedly in violation of a protection order.
Alyssa Sluter, 33, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced to 28 days in jail, with credit for 17 days served, for obstructing official business, with the remaining jai time to be served concurrent with time being served at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center. Sluter was accused of hiding in a closet on Feb. 26 when Salem Police were looking for her to serve a warrant.
Mateo Alonzo, no date of birth listed, Woodland Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and sentenced to five days in jail, with credit for one day served in jail, leaving four days to serve, for obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for failing to listen to officers while intoxicated and refusing to go inside his Salem residence on May 8. He was also being belligerent with the translator and began threatening him.
Payton Dolly Wilson, 25, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 16 suspended and credit for 14 days served, for disorderly conduct, amended from assault, and a second count of disorderly conduct. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. On Feb. 12, she was causing a disturbance at an East Liverpool residence and acting disorderly when police arrived. On April 7 in East Liverpool, Wilson was honking her horn numerous times and started arguing with a man, throwing lawn chairs and a beer can in the yard and hitting him. She was also fined $150 for unauthorized plate, expired plate and temporary permit required.
A pretrial was set July 9 for Ashley Painter, 40, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, charged with three counts of permitting dog to run at large, a misdemeanor, for three separate incidents when her dog got loose in Salem. On Aug. 1, 2023 her dog, a pit bull type, was allegedly running loose and attacked another dog being walked by its owner on a leash. The affidavit said she had been issued a minor misdemeanor citation the month before after her dog left her property and killed a neighbor’s cat. On Aug. 29, 2023, police were called again for the dog being loose, with the dog described as vicious and known to attack other animals. She said the dog escaped from the residence. The dog was later found and returned to her. The report said this was the seventh report concerning the owner and her dog. On Oct. 5, 2023, the dog was loose again and she was cited again.
Michael Spencer, 36, Haessly Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 and sentenced to 12 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served, for criminal trespass for trespassing in a barn on a McClure Road, Unity Township property on Jan. 22, 2023. He was also fined $200 for driving under suspension and failure to display valid sticker.
A pretrial was set July 9 for Tanya Gregory, 34, Darner Road, Lisbon, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a smoking device during a traffic stop on May 2 in St. Clair Township.
Jade Marie Waite, 24, Coal Alley, Leetonia, was fined $1,075 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention plan, for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence, headlights and driving under suspension. Charges of no seat belt and failure to control were dismissed. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and she was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Besides the traffic charges, she was accused of striking another woman with a broken toilet plunger, causing injuries on Dec. 19, 2023.
Xiomara Marilyn Ramos Zepeda, 31, Canton, was fined $1,125 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI no license and traffic control device. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year and she was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
A pretrial was set July 8 for Dan Belich, 24, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense, stopped school bus and reckless operation.
Randy Morrell, 65, Garner Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control, amended from OVI, and failure to control. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
Santie Lofaro, 39, Poland, was fined $525 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 10 hours community service.
Charles Rhuetan, 78, Hoopes Road, Salem, was fined $975 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control, amended from OVI, and left of center. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Destiny Ortman, 18, Warren, was fined $60 for reasonable control and driving with temporary permit without an eligible driver.
Kaylyn Beiling, 32, Girard, was fined $100 for speeding.
Lucas Gravley, 44, North Lima, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Shae Blake, 26, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for an equipment violation, amended from no seat belt.
Krysta-Jo Barber, 32, High Street, Washingtonville, was fined $250 for wrongful entrustment, with a charge of no license dismissed.
Darius Smith, 20, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set July 29 for Tiesha Howell, 29, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
