LISBON– In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Jessica Lindner, 36, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fleeing and eluding a police officer for allegedly attempting to flee a traffic stop after being given a visual and audible signal and then stopping her vehicle in the alley in the 200 block of Pritchard Avenue in Lisbon, where a pack of cigarettes with suspected methamphetamine inside was found, on March 22.

A case against Robert Pavalko II, 44, Youngstown, was bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse for allegedly being found to have methamphetamine in his possession and transporting another person, knowing that person was committing a felony drug offense in East Palestine on April 6.

A pretrial was also set June 27 for Lindner on a charge of noxious/offensive odors for allegedly collecting a large amount of garbage on her property and not following through with children’s services to get a dumpster, after receiving multiple warnings to clean up the garbage.

A pretrial was set May 9 for Christopher Oldaker, 20, East Grant Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting a 14-year-old middle school student on the face and body, causing physical harm, in East Palestine on April 30.

A pretrial was set June 3 for Ronald Sluss, 44, Martin Street, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of domestic violence, criminal damaging or endangering, driving under financial restriction suspension, driving under suspension/restriction, reckless operation, failure to report accident, and failure to control for allegedly hitting and damaging the bridge on Lisbon Street in Wellsville on Jan. 28. Also on Jan. 28, Sluss allegedly hit a woman in the stomach area and hit her in the head with a case of Twisted Tea in Wellsville.

Timothy Adkins, 47, East Pine Street, Lisbon, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, and credit for 12 days served, leaving eight days left to serve, for inducing panic. Adkins was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service. On April 18 in Lisbon, Adkins caused alarm at the Counseling Center of Columbiana County by threatening to get a gun and shoot a woman, before running away into a nearby woods.

Zachary Perry, 29, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 21 days suspended and credit for nine days served, leaving zero days left to serve, for domestic violence for threatening a woman, causing her to believe that he would cause physical harm to her.

Ikeshia Wimer, 27, Ashtabula, was fined $200 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for soliciting for arranging for sexual activity with an undercover agent who responded to an ad of Wimer’s on a known prostitution website in East Palestine on July 19, 2023. Wimer was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

A pretrial was set for Cody Hostetter, 22, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly ignoring multiple lawful orders to exit a residence in Salem during the execution of a narcotics search warrant Tuesday.

Michael Mohler, 51, Orange, Calif., was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for engaging in prostitution, possession of criminal tools, drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of drugs, amended from fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, for responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging to have sexual activity with a female in exchange for $400 and methamphetamine, using the cell phone found in his possession to make the arrangements, and possessing methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe in East Palestine on Jan. 6.

A pretrial was set July 22 for Todd Goodson, Wordsworth, for assault for allegedly striking another man in the face and knocking off his glasses and causing redness and swelling in East Palestine on Nov. 13, 2023.

Jeffrey Reese, 55, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence, for recklessly causing physical harm to another person in Leetonia on Jan. 11.

Matthew Conley, 22, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, leaving three days left to serve, for theft for failing to scan and pay for 26 items totaling $524.43 at the Calcutta Walmart on Feb. 26. Conley was also ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.

Steven Wright, 45, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from menacing, for following and yelling at a woman, causing her to believe he would cause her physical harm, in Wellsville on Sept. 24, 2022.

A pretrial was set June 25 for Harrell Burcham, 57, Ashton Road, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan and pay for 13 items totaling $50.21 at the Calcutta Walmart on April 25.

A pretrial was set May 9 for Ryan Armstrong, 39, Hoops Road, Salem, charged with violation of a protection order for allegedly yelling at a woman who has a protection order against him in Salem on March 22.

Robert Simms, 73, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from endangering children. On Jan. 27, a juvenile allegedly accessed a .20 gauge shotgun from Simms’ residence in East Liverpool and fired it into a wooden bench, causing the juvenile hearing issues.

Shelley Simms, 73, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from endangering children. On Jan. 27, a juvenile allegedly accessed a 20 gauge shotgun from Simms’ residence in East Liverpool and fired it into a wooden bench, causing the juvenile hearing issues. The Simms’ subsequently installed a new door handle and lock to prevent easy access to the gun and reported that the juvenile did not have permanent hearing damage from the incident.

Damian Ferrainola, 40, Third Street, Salem, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served, leaving zero days left to serve, for attempted possession of a fentanyl-related compound for being found with 0.10 grams of fentanyl during a traffic stop in Columbiana on Sept. 29, 2023. Ferrainola was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

A pretrial was set July 18 for Crystal Hoskinson, 32, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly refusing to keep her hands visible, causing a disturbance, and refusing to put her hands behind her back after officers gave her orders to do so during a domestic violence incident in Salem on April 29.

Jacob Locke, 19, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 30 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for underage operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and loud exhaust. Locke’s driver’s license was also suspended for 90 days with privileges.

A pretrial was set July 25 for Kia Sierra Clemmer, 26, Dutch Town School Road, Rogers, charged with OVI- third offense, speeding, and violation of seat belt law- driver.

A pretrial was set June 6 for Seth Barron, 30, Blair, Neb., charged with OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving while texting, and open container.

Joshua Kennedy, 33, Eldersville, Pa., was fined $1,425 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, leaving 20 days left to serve, for OVI-first offense, stop sign and endangering children for being found during a traffic stop to be intoxicated with a child unsecured in the back seat. Kennedy was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and his driver’s license was suspended for one year.

Connor Wilson, 22, Northshore Drive, Beloit, was fined $350 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for failure to stop after an accident, reckless operation, amended from OVI- first offense, and failure to yield right of way.

A pretrial was set for Chad Slagle, 51, Maple Street, Salem, charged with OVI- first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, and speeding.

Randy Cox, 64, Industry, Pa., was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for physical control, amended from OVI first offense. Charges of drug paraphernalia and traffic control devices were dismissed. Cox was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and his driver’s license was suspended for 180 days.

Christopher Chadwick, 48, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for use of unauthorized plate and expired license.

A pretrial was set July 25 for Stonie Sutton-Lydel Dewitt, 28, Winona Road, Salem, charged with driving under suspension and speed.

A pretrial was set July 1 for Justin Davis, 72, Miller Road, Lisbon, for two counts of driving under suspension/license forfeiture, tail lights, and use of unauthorized plate.

A pretrial was set July 11 for Jody Solgot, 52, Struthers, charged with speeding.

Jajuan McKeithen, 49, Youngstown, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate and assured clear distance.
