LISBON — Ryan Pritt, 42, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issue by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Sept. 25, 2022.
