LISBON — A Youngstown man accused of stealing a laptop computer from a local business was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Donald McGee, 25, was charged with fifth-degree felony theft for allegedly taking the Dell laptop from Pennex Aluminum in Leetonia on Dec. 13, 2023.

Also served with secret indictments were:

— Brandon Myers, 50, Third Street, Wellsville, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine for allegedly possessing cocaine on July 24, 2023.

— Joseph Giralico, 40, Quay Road, Negley, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing fentanyl on Feb. 17, 2022.

— Robert Bowyer, 55, Moore Road, East Liverpool, third-degree felonies of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence for allegedly possessing cocaine and tampering with evidence on April 23, 2023.
