LISBON — Several defendants were served recently with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury, including:

— Cassandra Badini, 35, Rootstown, third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs and unauthorized use of a vehicle and misdemeanor driving under suspension for allegedly possessing methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and using a 2005 Chevy Colorado belonging to someone else without permission on Dec. 23, 2023.

— Brandon Myers, 50, Third Street, Wellsville, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine for allegedly possessing cocaine on July 24, 2023.

— Chase Perkins, 26, Roosevelt Avenue, Salem, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 2, 2024.

— Markell Albriton, 30, Steubenville, third-degree felony possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing marijuana on Feb. 14, 2023 in an amount equal or exceeding 1,000 grams, but less than 5,000 grams.

— Damien Paolino, 40, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine for allegedly possessing cocaine on Aug. 22, 2023.
