Gainer, 35, Youngstown, was served with a secret indictment on charges of fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing methamphetamine in an amount equal to or greater than five times the bulk amount but less than 50 times the bulk amount and possessing a fentanyl-related compound on Dec. 27, 2021.
