LISBON — Travis Keener, 37, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, pled guilty to third-degree felonies– illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility and having weapons while under disability and fifth-degree felonies– breaking and entering, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

On Jan. 11, 2023, Keener was found to have a firearm in his possession while under disability for a prior drug conviction in August 2021. On Jan. 2, 2023, he was caught trespassing in an unoccupied structure with intent to commit theft. Keener also attempted to bring drugs into a detention facility on Oct. 14, 2021 and he possessed methamphetamine and a fentanyl-related compound on Jan. 4, 2023. Sentencing is set for May 3.

— Melissa Mills, 40, Franklin Avenue, Salem, pled guilty to second-degree felonies endangering children and felonious assault and third-degree felony endangering children. Sentencing is set for May 15. Mills is accused of child abuse and causing serious physical harm to a 4-year-old child from May 25, 2020 to June 17, 2020.

— Derrick Faulkner, 40, East Fourth Street, Salem, pled guilty to fifth-degree felony possession of drugs for allegedly possessing alprazolam on April 9, 2022. Sentencing is set for July 1.

— Richard Wright, 29, state Route 39, Wellsville, pled guilty to third-degree felony failure to provide notice of change of address for failing to notify authorities of his change in address as a sex offender on Sept. 14, 2023. Sentencing is set for July 1.
