LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against David Price, 52, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was bound over to the county grand jury for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly smashing things in a house in Wellsville and striking another man on the leg with a hammer while he was attempting to stop Price on April 7.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 22 for Anthony Allan Thompson, 39, Monroeville, Pa., charged with fourth-degree felony promote prostitution-transport across state lines for sex for hire, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and misdemeanors of procuring and soliciting for allegedly posting an ad on a known prostitution website offering sexual acts for hire. Thompson was contacted by an undercover agent and offered to provide sexual acts in exchange for $200 and then offered a female for sex acts identified as Angel Bosze and transported her to the location in East Palestine on April 14.

A pretrial was set July 2 for Angel Bosze, 38, Akron, charged with complicity to aid/abet another for allegedly aiding and abetting Anthony Allan Thompson in committing a soliciting charge in East Palestine on April 14.

A preliminary hearing was set April 22 for Christopher West, 51, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly striking another person during a domestic on April 15 in Perry Township, punching the person in the face.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 22 for Ryan David Blystone, 45, Claibourne Street, East Liverpool, charged with third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanors of drug paraphernalia, OVI first offense, driving under suspension and failure to display valid sticker. During a traffic stop attempt on April 15 in East Liverpool, Blystone accelerated at a high rate of speed and fled before crashing on state Route 267, fleeing on foot and being found in an area of brush. He had a clear glass smoking device with visible residue in his possession.

A pretrial was set June 13 for Joseph Richard Muster, 35, Akron, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly requesting sexual conduct for an agreed upon price of $60 from an undercover agent via a cell phone, driving to Salem on April 13 for the meeting. According to the police affidavit, he was currently on federal probation for a federal conviction from 2017 for distribution of methamphetamine, along with being a convicted felon with past charges including assault, domestic violence felonious assault, kidnapping and possession of drugs.

A pretrial was set July 9 for Clint Robert Eisnnicher, 38, Newton Falls, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $50, arriving in East Palestine on April 13 for the meeting.

A pretrial was set July 9 for Brian Ty Larlham, 39, Newton Falls, charged with engaging in prostitution ad possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $70, arriving in East Palestine on April 12 for the meeting.

Antonio Fitzgerald Moffett, 39, Taylorsville, Miss., was fined $1,250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for seven days served, for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. Moffett responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged to have sexual activity with a female in exchange for 5 grams of cocaine, then arrived in East Palestine for the meeting and fled from police officers in his company vehicle. Inside the vehicle was a digital scale.

Joshua Ford, 39, Ridge Street, Leetonia, was fined $800 and sentenced to 180 days in the county jail, with 150 days suspended and credit for 10 days served, leaving a balance of 20 days to serve for four counts of violation of a protection order for sending multiple emails to a woman who had a protection order against him on Dec. 13, 2023, Nov. 28, 2023, Dec. 2, 2023 and Dec. 9, 2023. Two counts of violation of a protection order, including a felony, were dismissed. Those charges stemmed from him allegedly following a protected person on social media and making social media posts regarding her, in violation of a protection order, on April 4. He also had flowers delivered to her place of employment on March 25.

Sean Holtz, 37, Wilkinsburg, Pa., was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 167 days suspended and credit for 13 days served for domestic violence for harming or threatening to harm a woman in East Liverpool on Feb. 25. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

A pretrial was set July 8 for Anthony Edward Baker, 38, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct for allegedly refusing to leave an East Liverpool residence after being told he was being trespassed on April 13 and resisting arrest.

Christopher D. Lee, 37, Maple Heights, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and a 12-hour education course. Lee requested sexual conduct for an agreed upon price of $80 from an undercover agent and drove to Salem for the meeting on March 16, 2023.

A pretrial was set April 25 for Tyler Weaver, 26, Spring Valley Road, Salineville, charged with aggravated menacing and two counts domestic violence for allegedly trying to push another man off of a porch in Salineville on March 30 and making threats. He was also fined $30 for no seat belt.

A pretrial was set June 18 for Antonio Papale, 68, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman during a domestic dispute on April 13 in Salem.

A pretrial was set April 29 for Codie Wells, 30, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking another male by punching him in the face on April 15 in Perry Township.

A pretrial was set May 2 for Austin Lowe, 27, Apple Blossom Trail, Beloit, charged with violate protection order for allegedly sending messages to a protected person on April 5 in Salem.

A pretrial was set June 13 for Cody Shaffer, 31, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with resisting arrest, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing a plastic bottle with blue liquid at another man in an aggressive manner on April 14 in Salem and resisting police who were attempting to take him into custody. He refused multiple orders to get onto the ground and was tased by police. While being arrested, he allegedly threatened to knock out a police officer’s teeth.

A pretrial was set July 8 for Alicia Craig, 33, West Fifth Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly assisting a male who was allegedly shoplifting at Salem Walmart on Dec. 17, 2023. The male took a shopping cart with unpaid items to a vehicle that she drove him in to the store.

Ryan Guidos, 32, Irondale, was fined $430 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 88 days suspended and credit for two days served, for theft, possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia and a turn signal violation. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service and to stay out of Calcutta Walmart. Guidos was accused of stealing 21 items valued at $730 from the Calcutta Walmart on Dec. 25, 2023. He was stopped after leaving the store, left the cart full of items and fled to a vehicle. On Dec. 26, 2023 in St. Clair Township, he possessed a burnt pipe with white powder residue during a traffic stop on Dec. 26m 2023, On Jan. 19 while with a disabled vehicle, he possessed hypodermic needles

Richard W. Bowen, 25, Summit Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for menacing. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay away from the victim. Bowen was accused of cussing at a woman and threatening to beat her and put her in the hospital on Jan. 14 in Wellsville.

Miranda Humphrey, 45, Maryland Street, East Liverpool, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 165 days suspended, leaving 15 days to serve for endangering children, drug paraphernalia and physical control. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year and she was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Humphrey was accused of passing out behind the wheel of a car at Smith Oil in Lisbon on Oct. 6, 2023 with a small child in the back seat, with a cut straw with residue and unknown pills in her possession.

A pretrial was set June 13 for Matthew Pliska, 41, West Calla Road, Salem, charged with possession of a schedule 4 substance for allegedly possessing Suboxone when he did not have a prescription for it on Aug. 8, 2023 in Columbiana.

A court trial was set April 22 for Leeana Shaulis, 25, East Palestine, charged with theft for allegedly taking $200 while employed at Gorby’s Grocery in East Palestine on Oct. 28, 2022 by failing to deposit drops from the register, allegedly keeping the money for herself.

Olivia Figley, 21, Grant Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 for sale of tobacco products to person under 21 for selling a pack of cigarettes to an underage buyer at East Palestine Liquor Stop in East Palestine on April 2.

Kayla Harris, 20, state Route 170, East Palestine, was fined $150 for sale of tobacco products to person under 21 for selling a pack of cigarettes to an underage buyer at East Palestine Marathon in East Palestine on April 2.

A pretrial was set June 13 for Naryana Cieslak, 35, Depot Street, Rogers, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly denying having a firearm on April 14 when a firearm was found by a homeowner hidden inside a drawer in a bedroom where he had last been seen. There had been a report of a male brandishing a firearm toward three juvenile females near Dollar General in Rogers.

James Smith, 52, East Adams Street, East Palestine, was fined $425 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended, leaving three days still to serve, for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and expired license. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Charles Slocum Jr., 32, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for OVI and a turn signal violation. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

A pretrial was set July 1 for Georgeann Railing, 47, East Liverpool Road, Lisbon, charged with endangering children, OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and a stop sign violation. She was fined $90 for no seat belt and two counts of tail light violation. Railing allegedly had a child in the car while she was impaired in East Liverpool on April 9.

A pretrial was set July 9 for Bradley Cianni, 38, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with drug paraphernalia for having a meth pipe in his possession on April 13.

A pretrial was set June 10 for Ryan Faulkner, 29, Y & O Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense and left of center.

Michael Mason, 56, High Street, Salineville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Zion Figley, 21, Muscovy Drive, East Palestine, was fined $975 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended, leaving a balance of 10 days still to serve, for OVI and expired license. His driver’s license was suspended of one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Terelle Taylor, 27, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was fined $175 for driving under suspension and expired plate.

Angela DiGenova, 42, Youngstown, was fined $75 for driving while texting.

Carina Ocasio, 26, Steven Ally, East Liverpool, was fined $350 for driving under suspension, child restraint and speeding.

Steven Chestnut, 57, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Robert Lutman, 48, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $525 for two counts driving under suspension and single counts of permit violation, failure to control and unauthorized plate.

A pretrial was set June 13 for Kimberly Lagatta, 63, Aliquippa, Pa., charged with speeding.

Keith Burnside, 61, Struthers, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from speeding.

Renzo Ramirez, 43, Harding Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for speeding.

Kyle Devine, 38, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from improper passing.

A charge of possessing marijuana was dismissed against Tristan Jeffries, 27, 10th Street, Wellsville.

A pretrial was set July 1 for Gary Hissom, 49, Erie Street, East Liverpool, charged with open container, physical control and failure to reinstate license third of more in three years.

Douglas Jones, 45, Struthers, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Rebecca McComas, 51, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set July 11 for Kayla Mennell, 57, New Brighton, Pa., charged with driving under suspension.

Daniel Reno, 45, Alliance, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set July 8 for Jennifer Nash, 31, 10th Street, Wellsville, charged with use of unauthorized plate.

Shawn Adams, 53, John Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Samantha Cook, 33, state Route 164, Columbiana, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from stopped school bus.

A pretrial was set July 1 for Hayden Wright, 34, St. George Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set June 11 for Elaine Harris, 73, state Route 172, Lisbon, charged with speeding.

Michael Hanlon, 19, Dakota Street, East Liverpool, was fined $125 for no license, expired tag and loud exhaust.

Noah Levans, 19, Alliance, was fined $125 for unauthorized plate and speeding.

A pretrial was set April 29 for Connie Skinner, 51, Campground Road, Wellsville, charged with speeding.

Aaron Edison, 33, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for no license.
