LISBON — Jacqueline Riley, 38, McKinnon Avenue, East Liverpool, was recently served a secret indictment for first-degree felonies trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine and fourth-degree felonies aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, with specifications for forfeiture of money from a drug case.

On May 30, 2023, Riley allegedly did knowingly prepare for distribution and possess an amount of cocaine greater than 27 grams but less than 100 grams, as well as amphetamine.

–Sarah Graham, 21, East Main Street, East Palestine, was also recently served with a secret indictment for a third-degree felony charge of aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly possessing a quantity of methamphetamine that exceeds the bulk amount but is less than five times the bulk amount on March 8, 2023.
