LISBON — Gabriella Hosey, 26, Youngstown, was served Monday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and cocaine on Sept. 30, 2023.
