LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of drug charges and menacing was served Monday with two separate secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Ryan Blystone, 45, Claiborne Street, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense, a second-degree felony, and aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor, for a 2023 case. In a 2024 case, he was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and possession of fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony.

According to the indictments, Blystone allegedly caused a person to believe he would cause the person serious physical harm on the person’s property on July 15, 2023 and also aided and abetted others in a situation the same day dealing with an assault. He also allegedly possessed methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than five times bulk but less than 50 times bulk and fentanyl in an amount equal or greater than 1 gram but less than 5 grams on May 16, 2023.

— Ronald Melott, 48, Lacroft Avenue, East Liverpool, was served Tuesday with secret indictments from two separate drug cases, charged with two counts of fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and a single count of third-degree felony tampering with evidence for possessing methamphetamine on May 18, 2023 and July 11, 2023 and tampering with evidence on May 18, 2023.
