LISBON — Two drug defendants were served recently with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Brandon Dunn, 39, Chester, W.Va., was charged with fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing fentanyl and 6MAM.

Levi Shields, 27, Midland, Pa., was charged with fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and third-degree felonies of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and tampering with evidence for allegedly possessing methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and trying to take drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility on Feb. 1, 2023.
