Grand Jury
LISBON — Aaron Porter, 37, New Cumberland, W.Va., was served Monday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for multiple drug counts.
Porter was charged with three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. Porter allegedly possessed methamphetamine, buprenorphine, amphetamine and LSD on July 15, 2023.
