LISBON — Two drug defendants were served Thursday and Friday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
Matthew Koziorynsky, 29, South Middle Street, Columbiana, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Sept. 16, 2023.
Brandon Phillips, 22, South Egypt Road, Salem, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methmphetamine on Sept. 1, 2022.
