LISBON — A Lisbon man accused of having sexual contact with a 6-year-old child entered a guilty plea to gross sexual imposition.

Zachary Mills, 34, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, appeared recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to plead guilty to the third-degree felony, with sentencing set for June 3.

Mills was indicted for having sexual contact with a child from April 30, 2017 to April 30, 2019 starting when the child was 6 years old.

Also in Common Pleas Court:

— Tyler Sadler, 24, McCracken Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to a lesser offense of attempted failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, fifth-degree felony obstructing official business, fifth-degree felony operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drug of abuse or both, and misdemeanor driving under suspension. Sentencing was set for June 20. Another OVI charge was dismissed. Sadler was accused of leading Columbiana police on a high speed chase March 14 and failing to pull over after emergency lights and sirens were activated. The vehicle was tracked to New Waterford, with tracks and footprints in the snow leading to an apartment where Sadler was found.

— Delores Lilly, 59, state Route 45, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to third-degree felony illegal conveyance of drug of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, with sentencing set for June 24. A charge of possession of drugs for allegedly possessing clonazepam was dismissed. Lilly was accused of taking drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility on June 21, 2020.

— Glenn Galloway, 41, Chester, W.Va., pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with sentencing set for June 17. Galloway possessed methamphetamine on June 26, 2020.
