LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of possessing child pornography will face sentencing June 10 in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Harold Rayle III, 58, Cornell Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing child porn on his cell phone.
Acting on a cyber tip from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force pertaining to child pornography, St. Clair Township Police obtained a search warrant for Rayle’s residence on Dec. 8, 2023. While being interviewed by police, he allegedly admitted to possessing images of child pornography. The police affidavit said the images involved children 3 to 10 years old.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Wilbert Faulk Jr., 38, Academy Street, Salineville, pleaded guilty to third-degree felony domestic violence, with a fourth-degree felony strangulation charge to be dismissed. Sentencing was set for May 2. Faulk was accused of assaulting a woman on Sept. 9, 2023 in Salineville.
— Robert A. Endres, 35, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was sentenced to nine months in prison for fourth-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanor endangering children, with credit for 13 days served. Endres was accused of allegedly assaulting a woman holding a child during a domestic on May 11, 2023 at a Rose Drive apartment in Lisbon, pushing and shoving the woman and causing the woman to fall to the ground while holding the child.
— Gary Eddy, 41, Leslie Road, Rogers, was placed on community control for three years and ordered to spend 30 days in the county jail, with credit for 30 days already served, leaving a balance of zero days for two counts passing bad checks and two counts forgery, all fifth-degree felonies. Eddy was accused of defrauding Ron Connelly by writing bad checks and forging checks for $1,850 payable to American Custom Construction on Nov. 22, 2021 and Dec. 15, 2021.
