LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against James Perry, 43, East Ruby Drive, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for charges of fourth-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a juvenile by the throat and pushing her against a door during a domestic on March 9 in St. Clair Township.

A case against Cody Lawson, 27, West Perry Street, Salem, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman in the ribs and mouth and ripping her hair during a domestic on March 9 in Perry Township.

A pretrial was set May 13 for Sara Christine Noling, 37, Wood Street, East Palestine, charged with theft and criminal trespass for allegedly climbing into the bins at the Way Station in East Palestine on March 13 and 14 to take clothing. A video of the offense was viewed by law enforcement on March 15.

A pretrial was set May 28 for Charlene Sias, 46, Pancake Clarkson Road, Negley, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to take a dresser from a residence on state Route 154, Elkrun Township, without permission on Dec. 31, 2023.
