LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Tyler Corbisello, 29, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman multiple times on the back of her head along with choking her during a physical altercation March 3 in Salineville.
A case against Mark Kireta, 55, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony breaking and entering. A pretrial was set April 8 against him for misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing, assault and criminal damaging. Kireta allegedly broke into a home on Chester Avenue, Wellsville and came out holding grey jogging pants with something in them. The resident found $40 and a collector power ranger action figure missing on March 17. On the same day, Kireta allegedly threatened a man and put his hands on him and began to fight in Wellsville. On March 18, he allegedly threw a brick through the other man’s window at the Wellsville residence.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set May 2 for Jessica Lindner, 36, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, charged with third-degree felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor fleeing and eluding. The charges allegedly stem from a traffic stop in Lisbon on March 22 when a pack of cigarettes with suspected methamphetamine was found outside the vehicle after the stop.
A pretrial was set June 18 for David Boorn, 61, Hubbard, charged with possessing criminal tools and engaging in prostitution for allegedly requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent in exchange for $160 and traveling to Salem on July 12, 2023 for the meeting.
Jeffrey David Faer, 56, Alliance, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools. He was ordered to complete an education course. Faer was accused of requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent in exchange for $60 and arriving in Salem on Dec. 23, 2023 for the meeting.
A pretrial was set June 17 for Courtney Gardner, 34, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly sending a threatening text message to a man and his family on March 25 in East Liverpool.
Michael Young, 43, Ravine Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended and credit for eight days served, leaving two days still to serve in jail, for domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Young was accused of striking a woman in the head during an argument March 17 in East Liverpool.
A court trial was set April 1 for Henry Mills, 54, West Duquesne Street, Columbiana, charged with assault for allegedly striking another man in the side of the face with his fist on March 2 in Columbiana.
Anastasha Blinn, 40, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 172 days suspended and credit for eight days served, for assault, amended from domestic violence, for striking a man on March 17 in Lisbon, causing injury. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community served and to have no contact with the victim.
A pretrial was set June 17 for Marlaina Rogers, 32, Washington Street, Salineville, charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business for her behavior during a traffic stop March 25 in St. Clair Township. During the traffic stop, she allegedly got out of the car and walked toward the police cruiser yelling and then attempted to get back inside her car after being told to stand in front of the cruiser. An officer allegedly grabbed her to stop her from going back inside her vehicle and she started pulling away and collapsed on the ground, failing to follow police instructions while being placed under arrest. She was also fined $50 for loud exhaust.
A pretrial was set May 14 for Lisa Cunningham, 21, Avondale, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly failing to pay for 19 items valued at $340 at the Calcutta Walmart on March 20.
A pretrial was set April 29 for Joseph Desarro, 30, Duke Road, East Liverpool, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly entering a condemned home in East Liverpool on March 19.
Bobbie Anchondo, 51, Washington Street, Leetonia, was fined $350 for obstructing official business for her actions during a 2023 traffic stop in Columbiana when she was a passenger and refused to lower her window so officers could speak with the driver. She also refused to get out of the vehicle.
Matthew Fryfogle, 18, Washingtonville Road, Canfield, was fined $250 and given a suspended 45-day jail term for complicity for driving three other people to a Columbiana home on North Middle Street to throw eggs on March 23. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.
A pretrial was set May 20 for Ayden Agee, 18, Beaver Creek Road, Salem, charged with criminal mischief for allegedly throwing eggs at a Columbiana home on North Middle Street on March 23.
Justin Buckel, 32, Dakota Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for speeding, with a pretrial set April 30 for a theft charge for allegedly stealing a socket and ratchet set from Ace Hardware in St. Clair Township on March 21.
Michael Mercer II, 30, Milbourne Street, East Liverpool, was fined $500 with all but $50 of the fine suspended for three counts failure to pay city income tax and one count failure to file city income tax. The suspension of the fine came upon an agreement to comply with any payment plan and to file and pay all future tax returns. Mercer failed to pay for taxes to the city of East Liverpool in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and failed to file an East Liverpool city income tax return in 2022.
Nathan McKee, 39, Glenn Road, Lisbon, was fined $300 for violations of miscellaneous wildlife and refuse disposal prohibitions.
Kenneth Bach, 47, Market Street, Salineville, was fined $400 for violations of refuse disposal prohibitions and miscellaneous wildlife.
A pretrial was set June 17 for Shawn DeLauder, 43, Y & O Road, Wellsville, charged with failure to comply (fleeing/eluding), driving under suspension, cycle, snowmobile violation no helmet for allegedly fleeing from a trooper attempting a traffic stop in Middleton Township on March 25.
A pretrial was set June 17 for Jeffrey Gallagher, 24, Struthers, charged with weapon while intoxicated for allegedly having a loaded handgun in his trunk during a traffic stop in Columbiana on March 23.
Brian Noble, 53, Pauls Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $25 for animals running at large for cows being loose from his property three different times on Jan. 11
A pretrial was set May 14 for Francine Shores, 60, Berlin Center, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs third offense, OVI breath third offense, left of center and distracted driving.
Brian Allen, 54, East Canton, was fined $1,025 and sentenced to 180 days in the jail, with 170 days suspended, leaving 10 days still to serve, for OVI, littering, driving under suspension and reasonable control. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.
A pretrial was set May 16 for Michaela Pudder, 24, Scotts Mill Road, Negley, charged with OVI controlled substance marijuana, OVI first offense and a headlights violation.
A pretrial was set April 30 for Amy Cain, 36, Ashland Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with OVI first offense and reasonable control.
Reginald Ellis, 33, Calla Road, Beloit, was fined $80 for regulation of vehicle engine and a turn signal violation.
A pretrial was set April 4 for Rian Harkins, 23, Follansbee, W.Va., charged with reasonable control.
A pretrial was set June 18 for Mark Culley, 31, Y & O Road, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension.
A speeding charge against Nicholas Good, 32, Austintown, was dismissed.
Donald Setting III, 33, Brookfield, was fined $200 for a stopped school bus violation.
Pauline Weingart, 70, Springdale Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for an equipment violation, amended from improper backing.
Raylynn Gibson, 34, Roswell, New Mexico, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Madden Farnsworth, 18, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for possessing marijuana.
A loud exhaust charge against Amy Adkins, 36, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was dismissed, with Adkins charged court costs.
Christy Rohn, 32, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $75 for lights required, amended from marked lanes. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed.
