LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 14 for Ralph Lee, 47, Williams Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with fifth-degree felony breaking and entering for allegedly breaking into an East Liverpool property on St. Clair Avenue and stealing three stained glass windows on March 3.

A preliminary hearing was set March 11 for Nathen Wiseman, 33, listed as homeless in Lisbon, charged with fourth-degree felony failure to verify address for allegedly failing to verify his address on Dec. 20, 2023 as required of a registered sex offender.

A pretrial was set March 21 for Tyler Corbisello, 29, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman multiple times on the back of her head along with choking her during a physical altercation March 3 in Salineville.

A pretrial was set March 21 for Tiffany Woolley, 36, Vine Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a man in the right ankle with a sweeper over an argument regarding an extension cord on March 2 in East Liverpool.

David R. Jones, 57, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 171 days suspended and credit for nine days served, for domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and have no contact with the victim. Jones grabbed a woman’s arm in an altercation over car keys on Sept. 9, 2023 in Perry Township.

Randall Culler, 44, Bell Road, Lisbon, was fined $950 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 150 days suspended, leaving 30 days still to serve for domestic violence, two counts violation of a protection order and a charge of criminal trespass. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay away from two victims. Culler was accused of violating a protection order by being at Ventra in Salem when two protected persons were there on Dec. 8, 2022. The trespass charge stemmed from him being at a property on Prospect Street in Perry Township on Sept. 19, 2022 when he had already been told to stay off of the property. The domestic violence charge stemmed from him threatening a woman on Nov. 30, 2022, making her fearful of physical harm, in Perry Township. A charge of aggravated menacing was dismissed at the request of the prosecutor because the victim was uncooperative. The charge involved an allegedly road rage incident involving a knife on June 23, 2023 in Lisbon.

Curtis R. Michel, 33, Rootstown, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and a 12-hour education course. Michel responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $150, arriving in East Palestine on Aug. 22, 2023 for the meeting.

A pretrial was set May 28 for Aaron Patrick Sherman, 36, Conway, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $80, traveling to East Palestine on March 3 for the meeting.

A pretrial was set March 11 for Ryan Armstrong, 39, Depot Road, Salem, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly coming onto a woman’s porch and opening her door on Dec. 4, 2023 in Salem.

A pretrial was set March 18 for Henry Mills, 54, West Duquesne Street, Columbiana, charged with assault for allegedly striking another man in the side of the face with his fist on March 2 in Columbiana.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Katelyn Blythe, 32, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with criminal damaging and criminal trespass. Blythe was accused of storing her truck in a garage without permission on Prospect Street, Salem, on March 1 and also causing damage to the yard, garage and porch of a neighbor’s property, moving a camper that was being stored on the property without permission.

Kristopher Quintero, 34, Echo Dell Road, Rogers, was fined $300 and sentenced to three days in jail, with credit for one day served, leaving two days still to serve for obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. Quintero refused to identify himself to deputies during a domestic dispute investigation on July 6, 2023 when he also dropped his pants and exposed his private parts to deputies, a witness and young residents of a Rogers property.

A pretrial was set May 21 for Brittini Lynn Duris, 32, Pauls Lane, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan and pay for 110 items totaling $505 at the Calcutta Walmart.

A pretrial was set April 30 for Amy Cain, 36, Ashland Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with resisting arrest for becoming combative and resisting, with a Liverpool Township police officer using a taser on her during an incident March 1 in Liverpool Township.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Dustin Martin, 37, Union Avenue, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension, a tail lights violation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly taking a car without permission and being stopped in a traffic stop on March 3 in Fairfield Township.

A pretrial was set May 28 for Tom Goble, 36, London, charged with criminal trespass, for allegedly trespassing in a building in Rogers on March 2

A status hearing was set April 22 and a court trial was set April 29 for Sarah Updyke, 43, Canton, charged with a turn signal violation and possession of drug abuse instrument. Updyke was accused of possessing two hypodermic needles allegedly loaded with suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop Dec. 28 in Columbiana.

Amy Boley, 23, England Drive, East Palestine, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served for disorderly conduct. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Boley was yelling while her boyfriend was being taken into custody in Salem and continued being disorderly after being told by police to stop on Sept. 30, 2023.

Harold Adams Jr., 55, South 15th Street, Sebring, was fined $200 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, for theft. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay out of Salem Walmart. On Nov. 3, 2023, he failed to scan and pay for 37 items totaling $147 at the Salem Walmart.

A pretrial was set March 14 for James Bollinger, 33, West Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with violation of a temporary protection order for allegedly being at an East Palestine residence on Feb. 3 in violation of a protection order.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Lee Guterba, 63, Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, charged with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a wooden bench at a property on Kelly Park Road, Leetonia on Oct. 27.

A pretrial was set May 28 for Rachael Cleland, 39, Poland, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly making illegal entry into a building in Rogers on March 2.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Abby Shack, 30, East Ohio Avenue, Sebring, charged with a stop sign violation and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a burnt glass pipe during a traffic stop on March 3 in Columbiana.

John Scragg, 45, West Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $325 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for reckless operation, amended from operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, and reasonable control. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.

A motion hearing was set April 11 for James E. Smith, 52, East Adams Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense and expired license.

Charges of no license, unauthorized plate and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Todd Hawthorne, 36, Garner Avenue, East Liverpool, who’s in prison.

Samantha Elkins, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250 for expired license.

Paige Pompei, 30, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $75 for marked lanes.

A pretrial was set May 28 for Daniel Bocek, Weirton, W.Va., charged with driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Jacqueline Trimmer, 26, U.S. Route 62, Beloit, was fined $150 for headlights, amended from speeding.

Hope Jackson Ingram, 30, Opal Drive, Wellsville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set May 30 for James Davis, 48, Westward Way, Lisbon, charged with speeding.
