Grand Jury
LISBON — Kristen E. Grace, 41, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, was served Monday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for a third-degree felony charge of illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits. The alleged illegal use occurred from Aug. 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2022 and involved benefits valued at more than $7,500 or more, but less than $150,000.
