LISBON — Several defendants were served recently with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury, including:

— Rodney Carter, 42, Commerce Street, Wellsville, possession of fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine on April 3, 2023.

— Tiffany Rabquer, 34, Youngstown, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor falsification for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and making a false statement on May 13, 2023.

— Lawrence Adkins, 57, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Aug. 25, 2023.

— Robert Hoperich, 70, Somerset Drive, Salem, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing amphetamine on March 2, 2023.

— Andrew Brown, 40, Elmwood Drive, Lisbon, three counts of nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for three children from Dec. 26, 2021 to Dec. 14, 2023.
