Grand Jury
LISBON — A Salem man was served Wednesday with a secret indictment for drug and weapon charges.
Christopher Brink, 43, Franklin Avenue, was charged by the Columbiana County Grand Jury with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, misdemeanor possession of a defaced firearm and a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case for allegedly possessing $73, methamphetamine and a defaced firearm on Sept. 19, 2023.
Also served with secret indictments were:
— Toby Jackson, 44, Aten Avenue Extension, Wellsville, nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for one child from Dec. 26, 2021 to Dec. 14, 2023.
— Lonnie Wilson, 35, Cleveland, nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for one child from Aug. 1, 2021 to July 30, 2023.
