LISBON — Malik Pullie, 26, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to prison for 18 months and lost his driver’s license for three years for fleeing from police attempting a traffic stop in May 2023.
Pullie pleaded guilty to third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer in January in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, appearing recently for sentencing.
He received credit for 58 days served in jail and had his license suspended. Pullie was accused of fleeing from police at a high rate of speed through a residential school zone with several children and teachers outside on May 10, 2023.
