LISBON – A New Springfield resident has been sentenced to prison for several drug counts in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.

Shaun Uscianowski, 45, was recently sentenced to 18 months in prison, with jail credit of 39 days, and fined $5,000 for aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony, with specification for forfeiture of money; possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony, with specification for forfeiture of money; three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies; and possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony. He was found in possession of bulk methamphetamine, tetrahydrocannabinols, methylenedioxy methamphetamine, methamphetamine and clonazepam May 17, 2022.

Also in common pleas court:

– Alyssa M. Germano, 26, Brunswick, was sentenced to two years intervention for possession of LSD, fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony. She was in possession of LSD and psilocyn Nov. 12, 2022.

– Victoria L. Monge, 44, Spring Hill, Florida, was sentenced to 12 days in jail for misdemeanor possession of drugs. She was found in possession of methamphetamine, and originally charged with fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, Aug. 16, 2023.

– Zachary C. Willis, 29, Salem, was sentenced to 270 days in jail, with credit for 242, and had his license suspended for 20 years for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, third-degree felony. Misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and driving under suspension were dismissed. He fled from an officer attempting a traffic stop and resisted arrest after driving under suspension June 29, 2023.

– Harry A. Baum IV, 37, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 18 months in prison served concurrently with another sentence in Columbiana County for domestic violence, third-degree felony. He caused or attempted to cause harm to a family member having previsouly been convicted of domestic violence violations Aug. 28, 2023.

– Jonathan Joshua Nation, 35, East Liverpool, was sentenced to four years community control, with up to six months in the Eastern Ohio Correction Center to complete substance use treatment, for endangering children, third-degree felony. He created risk to juvenile while having custody of the juvenile March 17, 2020.

– Brian P. Wachter, 45, Aliquippa, Pa., was sentenced to two days in jail, credited, for misdemeanor attempted possession of drugs.

– Kelly M. Reed, 34, Wellsville, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, with 263 days of jail credited, and fined $5,000 for illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; harassment with a bodily substance, fifth-degree felony; counterfeiting, fourth-degree felony; and misdemeanor petty theft. She was found manufacturing and in possession of methamphetamine Feb. 12, 2022; and attempted to defraud a business with counterfeit money Nov. 6, 2021.
