Grand Jury
LISBON — Two secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury were served Monday.
Cody Hostetter, 22, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Sept. 1, 2023.
Darryl Brinkley, 50, Wells Hollow Road, Wellsville, was charged with nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for a child from May 1, 2020 to May 31. 2022.
