LISBON — Timothy Johnson, 43, state Route 517, Lisbon, was served Wednesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County grand jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 30, 2023.
