LISBON — Drug defendants served this week with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury included:
— Don Talbert, 29, Taylor Road, Negley, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing delt-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on April 13, 2023.
— Trisan Apinis, 38, Cleveland Street, Salem, fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and fentanyl on Sept. 20, 2022.
