LISBON — William Tomlin, 53, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was served Saturday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on May 2, 2022.
