LISBON — An East Liverpool man who failed to register his address as required since he’s a convicted sex offender must serve an indefinite term of two to three years in prison.

Douglas Gill, 43, New Middletown, appeared for sentencing in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court recently for the second-degree felony failure to provide notice of change of address. A misdemeanor falsification charge was dismissed related to allegedly making false statements on March 2. Gill failed to register his address on May 8, 2023.

The prison sentence was ordered served at the same time as a two to three-year term for violating his probation for a 2019 charge of failure to provide notice of change of address.

Also in Common Pleas Court:

— Justine McGee, 32, Quincy Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified government facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with sentencing set for March 18. McGee was accused of possessing methamphetamine and attempting to convey drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility on July 9, 2022.

— Dominic Stacey, 37, East Perry Street, Salem, was sentenced to nine months in prison for fourth-degree felony domestic violence, with credit for 59 days already served jail. Stacey was accused of punching a woman in the head multiple times and pushing her to the ground on June 23, 2022 in Lisbon. He had a previous domestic violence conviction in the county, making the most recent charge a felony.

— Daniel Spence, 42, Monaca, Pa., was sentenced to nine months in prison for intimidation of a witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony. He received credit for two days served in jail. He was originally charged with complicity in the commission of an offense, but pled to a lesser offense. The charge stemmed from a March 25, 2021 incident.
