LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Nicholas Faulk, 33, Florence Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony fleeing and eluding a police officer. Faulk allegedly fled from police attempting a traffic stop on Aug. 22 in Salineville.
He was also fined $400 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for 10 days served, for obstructing official business, a stop sign violation, and driving under suspension. Charges of driving under suspension, reckless operation and speeding were dismissed. The obstructing charge stemmed from him fleeing on foot from police during a traffic stop on Nov. 20 in St. Clair Township, eventually being found in a back yard.
A case against Scott Kaltenbach, 46, Guy Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree breaking and entering and misdemeanor criminal mischief for allegedly damaging the front door of a trailer at Echo Dell Trailer Park in St. Clair Township and entering the premises on Nov. 15.
A pretrial was set March 14 for Christopher Hill, 32, Middlefield, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $80, traveling to East Palestine on Nov. 30 for the meeting.
A pretrial was set Feb. 22 for Amy Westover, 35, Maine Boulevard, East Liverpool, charged with endangering children for allegedly dropping off two young children at the Columbiana Street Fair in downtown Columbiana on Sept. 9 and leaving them alone by going somewhere else, posing a substantial risk to the safety of the children.
A pretrial was set Dec. 11 for Chancellor Roosa, 22, Ellsworth Avenue, Minerva, charged with domestic violence for allegedly attacking a woman on Nov. 30 in West Township.
Andrea Gibson, 46, East Rochester Road, East Rochester, was fined $150 and sentenced to 24 days in jail, with credit for 24 days served, for aggravated menacing. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for 10 days served, for criminal trespass. Gibson was accused of trespassing at a West Township property and threatening to kill a man and shoot him on Sept. 12.
A pretrial was set Feb. 20 for Ariel Durham, 34, listed as homeless, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing items at cars and refusing to leave after being kicked out of Fernangle’s Tavern, South Broadway, Salem, on Nov. 30. She had already been kicked out of Speedway that day for disorderly behavior and was given a warning. She had also been walking down the middle of South Lincoln Avenue continuing her disorderly behavior.
A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed against Jerry Malone, 43, West Fifth Street, Salem, at the state’s cost without prejudice due to the officer failing to file a supporting affidavit. Malone was accused of possessing a pill grinder with white residue and a cut straw with white residue on Nov. 6 on state Route 14, Salem.
A pretrial was set Feb. 22 for Barbara Anderson, 47, West Fourth Street, Salem, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense and marked lanes.
Shelby Naylor, 30, West State Street, Salem, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and tail lights.
A pretrial was set Jan. 9 for Joshua Clifford Board, 33, Windrose Court, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set March 12 for Puphinder Singh, 68, Warren, charged with a stop sign violation.
A pretrial was set March 12 for Alan Taylor, 31, Academy Street, Salineville, charged with traffic control devices.
Matthew Hormel, 40, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $50 for marked lanes.
A pretrial was set Feb. 15 for Janie Chlebus, 40, Bye Road, Rogers, charged with driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
A pretrial was set March 12 for Ronleen Inc., Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, for a charge of maximum permissible height of weeds for allegedly allowing grass and weeds to grow more than 2 feet in height at a property in East Liverpool in October.
Judson Edling, 37, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $150 for a stopped school bus violation.
Lawrence Williams, 70, Lee Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for speeding.
