LISBON — Jamie Tice, 50, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing buprenorphine on Jan. 21, 2023.
