Grand Jury
LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of seriously harming another man in July was served Wednesday with a secret indictment for felonious assault.
William Keyes, 45, Claibourne Street, was charged with the second-degree felony by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for allegedly knowingly causing serious physical harm to the victim on July 15.
Also served Wednesday with secret indictments were:
— Joseph Quinn, 22, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, fifth-degree felonies of possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drugs for allegedly possessing fentanyl, heroin and xylazine on March 31.
— David S. Talbert, 67, Sugar Street, East Liverpool, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on May 14, 2022 in an amount equal or exceeding bulk but less than five times bulk.
— Gary Dorsey, 62, 14th Street, Wellsville, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine, fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property and third-degree felony having weapons while under disability for allegedly possessing cocaine and a stolen gun while prohibited from possessing a firearm on June 15.
— Natasha Johnson, 41, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Dec. 1, 2022.
— Dustin Whaley, 28, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, three counts of trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly knowingly offering to sell cocaine on Oct 24, 2022, Nov. 4, 2022 and Dec. 19, 2022 in an amount less than 5 grams.
