LISBON — A Salem man accused of using a female’s personal information over a 12-year period recently entered a guilty plea in Columbiana County Municipal Court and will be sentenced Jan. 26. for identity fraud. Dennis Quinn, 62, Southeast Boulevard, was charged with the second-degree felony for using the personal information from Dec. 5, 2009 to July 21, 2021 with the intent to make himself out to be the female.
— A sentencing hearing was set March 1 for Brandon Maxwell, 23, Youngstown. Maxwell recently entered guilty pleas to fourth-degree felony compelling prostitution and fourth-degree felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for soliciting sexual conduct from an undercover agent for a mother and her 15-year-old daughter in exchange for $220 and arriving in East Palestine for the meeting Feb. 27.
