LISBON — Christopher Brink, 42, Franklin Avenue, Salem, who is accused of trying to destroy a plastic bag used for the storage of dangerous drugs that was in his possession during a traffic stop in Salem on April 6, was served Wednesday with a secret indictment for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemenaor illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia. During the traffic stop, Brink allegedly crumpled and threw a piece of evidence behind him while exiting the vehicle.
