LISBON — An East Liverpool woman accused of trying to bring drugs into a government facility was served Monday with a secret indictment for drug charges.

Stephanie Savin, 32, Valley Avenue, East Liverpool, was charged with third-degree felonies of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and aggravated possession of drugs and a misdemeanor of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on Feb. 11, 2022 involving methamphetamine.

Also served with a secret indictment was Wallace Mackain, 42, Ephriam Street, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on May 6, 2022.
