Grand Jury
LISBON — Lance Morris, 37, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was served Sunday with two separate secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for drug charges.
The charges include two counts of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case, for allegedly possessing cocaine on April 6, 2023 and March 16, 2021 when he also had $805 in his possession.
