LISBON — Kayla Mae Roberts, 24, County Home Road, Lisbon, was served Wednesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Dec. 28, 2022.
