Grand Jury
LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of attempting to harm or harming another man by means of a knife was served Monday with a secret indictment for felonious assault and aggravated burglary.
Anthony Baker, 38, Sophia Street, was charged by the Columbiana County Grand Jury with the first-degree felony aggravated burglary and second-degree felony felonious assault charges for the incident that occurred on May 29.
Also served with secret indictments were:
— Jason Christian, 43, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, third-degree felonies of grand theft involving a firearm or dangerous ordnance and having weapons while under disability for allegedly stealing a gun and possessing it while prohibited from having a weapon due to a previous conviction.
— Justin Schneider, 32, Dunn Road, East Liverpool, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Sept. 9, 2022.
— Brian Miller, 41, Commerce Street, Wellsville, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol on March 26, 2021.
