LISBON -- An East Liverpool woman accused of causing serious physical harm to a child was served recently with a secret indictment for two counts of endangering children.
Katherine Harpold, 21, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was charged by the Columbiana County Grand Jury with the third-degree felony charge for allegedly creating a risk of harm to a 2-month-old child on Sept. 29, 2022.
Also served with a secret indictment was Indya Spann, 23, County Home Road, Lisbon, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine and third-degree felony illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility for an incident involving cocaine on Sept. 21, 2022.
