LISBON — A Hanoverton man who had been charged for trafficking and possessing methamphetamine was ordered to prison for 18 months after violating his probation.
Dustin Dorff, 33, Spillway Road, appeared recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for a probation revocation hearing. His probation wad dishonorably terminated for two separate drug cases and he was resentenced with the terms to be served at the same time for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, for preparing for sale methamphetamines on Jan. 29, 2021, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 6, 2021.
He received credit for 390 days already served, leaving a balance of about six months to serve in prison.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Sierra Gantt, 37, Cleveland, was placed on probation for 12 months after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, for possessing a stolen gun on July 25.
