Municipal Court

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Bradley Hart, 60, North Ridgeville, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to forfeit $180 to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, and to complete 40 hours community service and a 12-hour online prostitution prevention course. Hart requested sexual conduct from an undercover agent in exchange for $180 and arrived in Salem on Aug. 18 for the meeting.

A pretrial was set Nov. 27 for Rochim Kertodjojo, 54, Akron, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent for an agreed upon price of $100, then driving to Salem on Aug. 15 for the meeting.

Arraignment was reset for Aug. 28 for Ryan Thompson, 41, state Route 154, Lisbon, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly refusing to leave a Lisbon property after mental health employees said he was not a client and was not permitted to be on the property. Officers advised him to leave and he refused, saying he would go to jail, but he wasn’t leaving the property.

A pretrial was set Oct. 31 for Brad Guzewicz, 30, North Huntington, Pa., charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense and OVI breath first offense.

A pretrial was set Oct. 26 for Grace Ann Vargo, 18, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense and reasonable control.

Ciye George Proctor Jr., 19, Lansing, was fined $250 for speeding for a charge of fourth offense in a year.

A pretrial was set Sept. 18 for Carl Zents, 37, Signal Road, Columbiana, charged with suspended operator’s license.

Damien Clark Jr., 25, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Brandon Hoschar, 28, Youngstown, was fined $180 for loud exhaust and driving under suspension.

Steven Faulkner, 38, South Vine Street, Columbiana, was fined $60 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Grand Jury

LISBON — Isaac Metzler, 22, Stow, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and misdemeanor aggravated trespass for allegedly knowingly causing serious physical harm to a man and trespassing on a property on Nov. 6, 2022.
